General Description 
PVC insulation materials are mainly composed of PVC resin and various additives (such as plasticizers, stabilizers, fillers, etc.). PVC resin makes it have low conductivity and good insulation performance. The addition of additives can improve the processing performance and insulation performance of PVC resin, making it more suitable for the manufacture of various insulation products.

Application
PVC insulated wires and cables are widely used in power transmission and distribution systems and building electrical systems;

The insulation layer of flame retardant flexible wires and cables with a voltage of 450/750V and below shall comply with PVC/D in GB5023 and JR-70 in GBT/8815-2008;

Appearance
70 ºC PVC flexible insulation materiall should be made into uniformly sized particles with a particle size of 4mm × 4mm × 3mm, or ф 4× (2-4) mm. Good plasticization, uniform color, and no obvious impurities.

Storage and transport
It should be packaged in moisture-proof packaging, with polyethylene film bags for the inner bag and kraft paper composite bags for the outer bag, with a net weight of (25.0 ± 0.2) kg per bag. Other packaging methods agreed upon by both the seller and the purchaser are allowed.
During the transportation of the product, it should not be damaged by abnormal conditions such as sun, rain, and immersion in water. It should be kept clean, dry, not contaminated, and the packaging should be kept intact.
The product should be stored in a clean, cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse, and the storage period should not exceed six months from the date of production.
