Product Description

GYFTS series optical cables are outdoor optical cables for communications with non-metallic reinforcement components, loose tube layer twisted filling type, and steel-polyethylene bonded sheath. At the center of the optical cable core is a non-metallic reinforcement core (FRP), which provides the necessary tensile strength for the cable while avoiding the electromagnetic interference problems that may be caused by metal reinforcement cores. Single-mode or multi-mode optical fibers are sheathed in loose tubes made of high-modulus plastic, which are filled with water-blocking compounds to protect the optical fiber from moisture erosion. GYFTS optical cables are suitable for areas with high lightning incidence, and their non-metallic reinforcement core and sheath structure help reduce lightning damage to optical cables. Due to the use of non-metallic reinforcement cores and loose tube structures, GYFTS optical cables have excellent tensile properties and can withstand large tensile forces without breaking easily. GYFTS optical cables are suitable for a variety of laying methods such as pipelines and overhead, and can meet communication needs in different scenarios.
