Product Description

High temperature resistive, irradiated cross-linkable, low smoke,halogen-free and flame retardant polyolefin compound,based on POE resin,  is produced and pelletized by special technology with adding special modifier,halogen-free flame retardant,anti-oxidant,cross-linked sensibilizer and other special additives.

Processing Technology
1)The compound can be processed with conventional extruders, and the screw with a mininum 20:1 L/D and a compression ratio of 1.2 is recommended.
2)The following temperature profile of extruder is recommended:
Zone Zone 1 Zone 2 Zone 3 Zone 4 Head Die
Temperature  ºC 130 155 165 170 165 175
3)The material temperature should not be too high, otherwise there may be porosity.
4)It is recommended to irradiation according to the thickness of 1mm and the irradiation dose of 13MRad. The
specific irradiation dose shall be subject to the requirement of thermal extension test.
*Note: Compound should be dried at 70~80ºC before use, which storage time has exceeded 2 months.

Packaging:25kg/bag,Aluminim foli and PE mambrane inside bag and Kraft outside bag.
Storage and transport :Avoiding in direct sunlight and weathering. The storage place should be in clean,cool,dry and ventilated conditions.
