Product Description

ADSS single sheathed all dielectric power cable adopts a loose sleeve layer twisted structure, and the optical fiber is inserted into a loose sleeve made of high modulus polyester material, filled with waterproof compound inside the sleeve. The loose tube (and filling rope) is twisted around a non-metallic center reinforced core (FRP) to form a compact cable core. The cable core is wrapped with a layer of water blocking tape and then twisted with aramid yarn to enhance the effect. Finally, a polyethylene (PE) outer sheath is extruded.

Product Application
The design of ADSS optical cables fully considers the actual situation of power lines and is suitable for different levels of high-voltage transmission lines. For 10kV and 35kV power lines, polyethylene (PE) sheathing can be used, and the amount of aramid yarn and perfect twisting process can be carefully designed to meet the application requirements of different spans.
