Product Description
FC PC fiber optic connector is a device for detachable (movable) connection between optical fibers. It consists of two parts: FC and PC. FC means that the external reinforcement of the connector is a metal sleeve, and the fastening method is a screw buckle; while PC means the inclination angle of the connector end face and the shape of the top pin contact end face, that is, the end face is polished by physical contact and presents a convex arch structure.
FC PC fast fiber connectors are usually composed of pins, coupling sleeves, metal jackets and fastening screws. The pin is used to insert the optical fiber, and its end face is precisely polished to ensure good physical contact with the end face of the other optical fiber. The coupling sleeve is used to align and fix the pins of the two optical fibers together to achieve the transmission of optical signals. The metal jacket is used to protect the internal structure of the connector and enhance its mechanical strength and environmental adaptability.
