Product Description

The refrigeration of precise air conditioner in data center mainly involves the use of refrigeration system, air supply system, heating, humidification and control system, etc. The refrigeration system is composed of compressor, condenser, expansion valve and evaporator, which is connected into a closed system with a pipeline, and the refrigerant circulates in the system. Specifically, the low pressure refrigerant steam is inhaled and compressed by the compressor into high pressure steam, and is discharged to the condenser for condensation. The condensed refrigerant liquid passes through the expansion valve and enters the evaporator for evaporation and refrigeration. This process includes not only the transfer of cold volume, but also the exchange of substances, which will not affect the air quality and humidity of the equipment room. In addition, the data center uses line-grade refrigeration, a "hot air capture" architecture that cools the hot exhaust of IT equipment before it may be mixed with ambient air in the equipment room to improve cooling efficiency
