Scope of use
Suitable for power distribution systems, control systems, or other electrical devices and occasions with halogen-free, low smoke, and flame-retardant requirements for rail transit passenger cars, buses, and similar vehicles with a rated voltage of 3.6 kV and below.
Usage characteristics
1. The rated AC voltage of the cable is 0.6/1kv, 1.8/3kv, 3.6/6kv
2. The working temperature of the cable is -40 ºC~90 ºC. The continuous operating temperature shall not exceed 90 ºC, and the maximum short-circuit temperature shall be 200 ºC for 5 seconds. In the event of a fire, such cables have excellent performance in preventing the spread of flames, smoke, and toxic gases.
3. Safety: This unit's product can limit the spread of flames, reduce the emission of toxic gases and smoke, minimize visibility loss, and enable rapid evacuation of personnel.
4. Allowable bending radius of cable: When the outer diameter of the cable is ≤ 20mm, the minimum allowable bending radius is 4 times the outer diameter of the cable. When the outer diameter of the cable is>20mm, the minimum allowable bending radius is 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
5. The cable meets the requirements of low smoke and halogen-free performance. The gas release test during cable combustion meets the requirements of halogen gas total<5mg/g, pH value ≥ 4.3, conductivity ≤ 10us/mm, and light transmittance ≥ 70%.
6. Toxicity index: Equivalent to using European standard toxicity index not exceeding 3, equivalent to using iron standard toxicity index not exceeding 5
7. Cables can be used in situations contaminated with mineral oil and fuel oil.
8. The cable has the characteristic of withstanding vertical burning of a single cable.
9. Solvent resistance and acid alkali resistance.
10. Cables can be produced in various colors according to customer requirements.
