Based on pvc resin,it is a granular material made by mixing, plasticizing, and granulating with plasticizers, flame retardants, stabilizers, and cold resistant additives. PVC plastic has good dielectric properties and is widely used in the insulation layer of wires and cables, as well as in the manufacture of electrical equipment.

Extrusion process
The product can be used with a regular PVC extruder, with a screw length to diameter ratio of L/D ≥ 20 Taking machine φ 90 as an example, it is recommended to place two layers of filter screens with 40 mesh/80 mesh on the mesh plate, with the best extrusion surface being smooth and the cross-section having no pores.
