Product Description

T-PE001 Black Medium density polyethylene sheath material is made of high-density polyethylene resin and linear low-density polyethylene resin as the main base material, antioxidant, lubricant and other additives,blending modification and granulation. The product has excellent mechanical properties and weather resistance and is suitable for optical cable and cable outer sheath.

Processing Technology
The general extruder is used for processing, and the BM screw with length diameter ratio of more than 25 is selected. It is recommended to dry the material before use. The drying time is 1 hour and the temperature is 70 ~ 90 ºC , Extruder temperature setting, take model 90 as an example.
