T-E011 Fiber Optic SZ Stranding Line  
High speed and precision sz stranding line machine is suitable for "SZ" stranded cabling with a fiber loose tube diameter less than 3.5mm. Its main feature is the use of double concentric high-speed binding yarn heads and high-speed "SZ" stranding heads, which can significantly increase the speed and productivity.
 

Application

This machine is mainly used for "SZ" twisting and cabling of loose sheaths below 3.5MM.

1. The bundle tube unwinding adopts active unwinding device, and the tension control is stable and reliable. The maximum number of loose tubes can reach 12.
2. The SZ stranding line machine adopts full differential structure, and the stranding pitch is stable.
3. The yarn winding adopts double-head single-point two-way cross winding method, and the yarn tension is controlled in sections, which is stable and reliable.
