125ºC LSHF Flame Retardant XLPE Compounds
Product Description
T-PE002 is a environmental friendly, non-halogen, low-smoke, flame-retardant compounds, low corrosive and low toxic, can be cross-linked by radiation. The product is designed according to VW60306, JASO D 608 and JASO D 611 (needle scraping requirements), SAE J 1128 and ISO 6722 standards. The recycled pe can be directly made into a variety of colors or add polyolefin color masterbatch(Carefully add black masterbatch, in case the surface precipitation) .The compounds has good process ability, good needle scraping performance,good flame resistance,good aging performance and good mechanical properties.
Colour: White,Black(With Color Masterbatch If You Need Other Colour)

Processing Technology
Most ordinary extruders are suitable  for materials processing, and we recommend the
screw extruder with L/D more than 25,and it must be a conductor preheating.It is recommended to adopt higher temperature as far as possible while ensuring the smooth surface of the cable during extrusion to ensure good plasticizing.The maximum processing temperature of the productshall not exceed 230ºC.
We recommended the radiation dose for the 17- 18Mrad.( Hot stretch suggested≤30%)
Processing temperature:

Die Mold           190ºC
Drying before extrusion in a dehumidifying hot air dryer for 2-4hours at 185°F (85°C) is
recommended to avoid insulation or jacket porosity and to improve the extrusion quality.

Packaging Storage And Transport                                            
25 kg composite paper bag - 500 kg / pallet.                                                                                        
The product should be stored in clean, cool and dry place, avoid moisture and sun.

The different specification, structure, extrusion process,irradiation process or join other masterbatch of the wire would affect its property by different degrees.
