Product Description

ITU-T G.657A2 Single Mode Optical Fib er
G657A2 fiber has a smaller bending radius than other types of single-mode fibers, such as G652.D and G657.A1. Its minimum bending radius can reach 7.5mm, which makes it perform well in wiring environments with limited space and high bending requirements. Under long-wave bending conditions, G657A2 fiber has low bending loss. For example, in the 1625nm window, the additional loss is only 0.8dB when the bending radius is 7.5mm. The nominal operating wavelength of G657A2 fiber is 1260~1625nm, covering the common communication wavelength range. G657A2 fiber is optimized in mechanical properties and provides better connection performance. This enables it to maintain stable and reliable transmission in environments with frequent connections and bending. G657A2 fiber also has good environmental adaptability, including low indicators such as temperature cycle additional attenuation, wet heat aging additional attenuation, water immersion aging additional attenuation, and dry heat aging additional attenuation, ensuring the stability and reliability of the fiber in different environments.
