Product Description

The structure of GYTY53 optical cable is to insert 250 µ m optical fiber into a loose tube made of high modulus material, and fill the loose tube with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforced core, and for certain numbers of optical cables, a layer of polyethylene (PE) needs to be extruded outside the metal reinforced core. The loose sleeve (and filling rope) is twisted around the center to form a compact and circular cable core, and the gaps inside the cable core are filled with waterproof fillers. Squeeze a layer of polyethylene inner sheath on the outside of the cable core, and longitudinally wrap it with double-sided plastic coated steel strip (PSP) before extruding the polyethylene sheath to form the cable.
