Counterpoint-aramid yarn is the raw material of aramid filament or staple fiber, spinning into 100% aramid yarn. Which can meet the needs of different functional products. Such as cutting resistance, flame retardant, high temperature resistance and arc prevention.The counterpoint-aramid fabric has high heat resistance, the vitrification temperature is above 300ºC, the thermal decomposition temperature is up to 560ºC, and the strength retention rate is 80% after placing 200ºC in air for 48 hours. In addition, Aramid Kevlar has high tensile strength and starting elastic modulus, the specific strength is 5 times that of steel, and the compression and bending strength is only lower than that of inorganic fibers. Thermal shrinkage and creep performance stability, in addition to high insulation and chemical corrosion resistance.
Features:
