Product Description

The structural cable is made of loose bundle tube (or part of the filling rope) around the central reinforcement to synthesize a rounded cable core. Outside the cable core, the aluminum composite strip and the PE inner sheath, then the water resistance strip and the double-sided plastic wrinkled steel strip, and finally the vacuum density polyethylene sheath.
 

Product Features

1.Excellent mechanical tensile strain resistance, lateral pressure resistance, temperature characteristics and transmission characteristics.
2.The center reinforcement adopts a single phosphorized steel wire with high Young's modulus, and squeeze the PE cushion if necessary.
3.All gaps in the loose sleeve and the cable core are filled with moisture-proof water paste and compounds to ensure no longitudinal water seepage.
4.Composite aluminum strip double-sided coating plastic, and close adhesion with the PE inner sheath and, play a certain radial moisture-proof role on the optical cable.
5.The longitudinal package composite wrinkle steel strip armor, and in the inside of the steel strip with the MDPE sheath closely bonded, not only to ensure the radial moisture-proof, enhance the mechanical pressure resistance of the cable, but also to ensure that the longitudinal cable is not water seepage.
