General Description 

Base on PVC resin,  this product is PVC insulation material made by mixing, plasticizing, and granulating with plasticizers, stabilizers, and other additives. PVC plastic has good dielectric properties and is widely used in the insulation layer of wires and cables, as well as in the manufacture of electrical equipment.

Instrument communication cables, insulation layer for cables 600/1000V and below, in accordance with PVC/C in GB5023 and J-70 in GBT/8815-2008;

Appearance
70 ºC PVC insulation material should be made into uniformly sized particles with a particle size of 4mm × 4mm × 3mm, or ф 4× (2-4) mm. Good plasticization, uniform color, and no obvious impurities.

Storage and transport
It should be packaged in moisture-proof packaging, with polyethylene film bags for the inner bag and kraft paper composite bags for the outer bag, with a net weight of (25.0 ± 0.2) kg per bag. Other packaging methods agreed upon by both the seller and the purchaser are allowed.
During the transportation of the product, it should not be damaged by abnormal conditions such as sun, rain, and immersion in water. It should be kept clean, dry, not contaminated, and the packaging should be kept intact.
The product should be stored in a clean, cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse, and the storage period should not exceed six months from the date of production.
